The tried-and-tested Defender® Series III cable protection system measuring 73 mm in height and equipped with three medium-sized channels guards cables so they can be safely crossed over by vehicles and pedestrians. The highly durable, non-slip all-round cable protector has proven itself time and again, whether used on the road, a construction site, carnival, music event, trade fair and exhibition or round the clock in a warehouse or shopping centre.

With a load-bearing capacity of approx. 5 tonnes per 20 x 20 cm, the Series 3 provides protection even when there is heavy traffic. It is also easy and convenient to use thanks to its built-in carrying handles and patented, self-cleaning lid hinge. The Series III cable protector accessories offer solutions for every type of work. When combined with connector plugs which are sold in pairs, the cable protection system can be expanded as you like and adapted to each location using the 45° curve piece. End ramps for cable outlets are also available as accessories: they help to reduce the risk of tripping and ensure a secure yet flush fit.

The Series 3 LUX version is recommended for poor lighting conditions. Equipped with two additional channels to allow for the use of commercially available light tubes, the cable protector can be lit from inside, illuminating the highly transparent, yellow lid to increase visibility in dimly lit environments.
